Black Bros. Co can help you with your adhesive coating application needs. We offer very precise, repeatable and durable adhesive coating applications to fit most processes. Roll Coaters can process any substrate that can be presented to the coating roll in a single plane. Therefore, regardless of the orientation of the substrate i.e.: vertical or horizontal, we can configure a coater to apply the adhesive coating.

Our experience and broad range of Industrial Adhesive Spreaders offers customers a great deal of confidence in developing solutions to their adhesive application problems. A typical adhesive spreader might apply 6 wet mils of PVA adhesive to an engineered wood substrate. But other machines can apply much finer of much heavier weights of a wide range of high tech bonding products.
