Our machines are proven performers for applying base coats, stains, fillers and sealers, varnishes, and top coats using either conventional or UV curable materials. A variety of coaters can be utilized, depending on the type of coating and the degree of smoothness required. The Differential Direct Roll Coater (DDRC), for instance, offers an almost infinite range of capabilities and precision settings, plus independent variable speed drives on the coating roll, doctor roll, and feed conveyor for maximum flexibility. For doors or panels requiring finished edges, our vertical edge coater can be mounted in-line with the other stations to eliminate manual pre-coating or finish work.
