Rugged and compact, this system is designed as a highly efficient two-person operation easily capable of laminating 250 to 300 panels per hour. The system uses a heat application to bond either pre-coated or plain papers and decorative foils to materials such as particleboard, MDF, and chipboard. The TB-60 was originally designed to use adhesive-backed papers and foils. However, coupling the TB-60 with our 775 Hot Melt Spreader provides the flexibility to use a variety of plain, less expensive non-adhesive-backed papers, as well as the highly efficient and environmentally safe pre-coated materials.
