Drop angle Panel Stacker with a powered in-feed roller and air loaded pinch wheels.
Drop angle Panel Stacker with a powered in-feed roller and air loaded pinch wheels. The drop angles will be air operated and adjusted for the width of the panel with a hand-wheel and mechanical readout. Manually adjustable end-stop for the length of the panel as well as air operated evenedge pushers and an air operated evenender to make sure loads are stacked straight on 8000 pound (3628 kilograms) tandem scissors lift. Gravity conveyor rollers on top of the lift. When the lift is lowered, the load rests on the rollers that are tilted so that the load automatically rolls out crosswise. Also available with 3 inch (76 mm) accumulator added for continuous stacking. This stacker will handle panel thicknesses between 1/8² (3 mm) up to 1² (25 mm) and panel sizes 3¹ (91 cm) x 7¹ (213 cm) up to
5¹ (152 cm) x 12¹ (365 cm).
Ideal for continuous paper laminating systems up to 100 FPM (30 mpm).
Minimum passline is 55² (140 cm).
