Black Bros. Co. New World Class Roll Coater L300RC
Black Bros. will be featuring their new World Class Roll Coater L300RC at IWF 2010 in Booth # 5635. This “Lean” Coater was designed and built to remove waste in both process and material in the roll coating operation. The biggest benefits are in daily clean-up, weekly preventive maintenance and monthly roll changing; with over 2 and a half hours saved. The L300RC uses 30% less electrical consumption than similar machine built 10 years ago. These Lean features that the L300RC has incorporated will improve throughput and reduce downtime.
