The Black Bros. Overstack Feeder is an innovative approach to an automated operation. This new machine supports substrate thickness as thin as 1/32” and up to 2 1/2”. The Overstack Feeder allows loading of scissors lift from three sides by conveyor or forklift. It has the ability to quickly change substrate sizes and type being fed; including wood, metal, foam and plastic. The Black Bros. Over Stack Panel Feeder provides continuous feed capability and is versatile enough to accommodate many different sizes; such as 2’ x 2’, up to 6’ x 12’, etc. The newly designed feeder takes up less floor space than previous designs that pushed the substrate.
