Black Bros. Co. Quarter Century Club is for Company Associates who have been a valuable addition to the company for 25 years or more. Currently, there are 35 active employees who are an important part of this exclusive Club. This club consists of 64 total members, including retired Black Bros. Associates. Once a year, a celebratory gathering of these honored members and their spouse or family is reserved at the Mendota Civic Center.
These gatherings feature Guest Speakers, a delicious dinner and memories of times shared at Black Bros. Jeff Simonton, Chief Financial Officer, says “We are pleased to work in an environment where Black Bros. company longevity is second nature to most of us”.
Black Bros. designs, manufactures and markets machinery for coating and laminating. Each year machines are built and shipped all over the world. About half of Black Bros. customers are in the woodworking industry. Manufacturers of automotive parts, computer circuit boards, steel and other metal products and home interior products are a few of the other markets where Black Bros. customers can be found.
